Use the Florida WIC app for your next appointment

Find the official app, check appointments and upload documents as directed by your WIC clinic.

Start from the official download page

Use Florida Health’s WIC Mobile App page to reach the Apple or Android download. Registration uses your WIC family ID or WIC EBT card. This directory does not offer an app download, account registration or sign-in.

Appointment and document tools

The official app can show upcoming appointments, display benefits, and let you upload or sign WIC documents. Confirm with your clinic what must be submitted and when. In Orange County, the phone-service guidance says new participants can use its document-upload option after the first WIC appointment.

Shopping and finding services

The app can help locate clinics and authorized stores, display benefit information and check product barcodes against WIC-approved items. Check your own issued foods and benefit dates as well as product approval. A store search and a clinic search serve different purposes: a grocery store does not conduct your WIC certification appointment.

If something is missing

If you cannot find an appointment, your upload fails or your family information does not match, contact your county WIC team. A failed upload should not be treated as a canceled appointment. Ask whether another submission method is available and keep the appointment details the clinic gave you.

Upload a document: the official screen sequence

The state’s illustrated upload guide (PDF, marked May 2026) shows the actual app screens. Open it alongside the app if you need to recognize a button. The sequence is:

  1. On the app home screen, choose Upload Document.
  2. Read the upload instructions, then continue.
  3. Choose the document type requested by your clinic.
  4. Choose to take a picture, select an existing photo or upload a file.
  5. Review the image or file. If it is unclear, retake it; otherwise confirm.
  6. Look for the successful-submission message before moving to the next document.

The confirmation means the document was sent. Ask your clinic whether it has been reviewed and whether anything is missing. Do not assume the upload itself completes certification or changes an appointment.

Before uploading and when it fails

Check that all requested pages are legible, including names, dates and amounts needed for that document type. Use the official app or another method your clinic specifically gives you. This guide has no upload field and does not receive files.

If the app cannot match your family ID, ask WIC to verify your registration information. If a document repeatedly fails, tell the clinic the document type and that you did not receive a success message. Ask for an alternative and whether to keep the scheduled call. You do not need to share the document itself with an unofficial support website.

Your checklist
