Card not working or balance question
Call WIC EBT customer service at 866-629-1095. You can also check benefits through the official online account linked on Florida’s WIC EBT page. This guide has no account login and cannot look up your balance.
Lost or stolen card
For a stolen card, call customer service at 866-629-1095 to cancel it; you need the authorized representative’s name, date of birth and ZIP code. Then contact your WIC office and go in for a replacement. For a lost card, contact the WIC office. Florida says a reported or replaced card will no longer work even if you later find it. Ask the office where and when to collect the replacement.
Locked PIN
Florida’s instructions say the card locks after three incorrect attempts. Call Florida WIC at 800-342-3556, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time, for help unlocking the account. The official EBT page explains the overnight unlock process and when to contact card customer service. Avoid repeatedly guessing your PIN.
No benefits, or a food will not scan
Review your current shopping list, dates and remaining balance. For an account or transaction problem, use card customer service. For a question about issued foods, certification or your next appointment, call your local WIC office. The app can scan a barcode to check whether a product is WIC-approved; approval alone does not mean that item is included in your household’s remaining benefits.
At checkout: check these items in order
- Confirm that you are using the Florida WIC card at a Florida WIC-authorized store. SNAP and WIC are separate programs even if you receive both.
- Check the start and end dates of the benefits and the quantity remaining for that food category.
- Compare the item’s size and type with your issued food list. A barcode marked WIC-approved is not proof that your family has that item left to spend.
- Ask the cashier to identify which item did not apply before finishing the transaction. Keep the receipt so the official team can discuss the transaction.
- For a card or transaction problem, call 866-629-1095. For the foods issued to your family or an appointment requirement, call your WIC clinic.
Do not post a receipt with card details or your PIN on this website. There is no account troubleshooting form here.
After a PIN lock or a suspected exposed PIN
Stop guessing after a lock. Florida says the account unlocks automatically after midnight and allows one more attempt; if it locks again, contact WIC EBT customer service. For assistance unlocking during the published weekday hours, use 800-342-3556, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. If someone knows your PIN, call 866-629-1095 to change it.
A replacement or canceled card does not become usable again if it is found later. Follow the clinic’s instructions for the replacement instead of testing the old card at checkout.
Florida warns that if someone who knows your PIN uses the card without your permission, those foods will not be replaced. Never write the PIN on the card.
