Contact your county WIC office, not this site's editor. The statewide Florida WIC information number is 800-342-3556. WIC EBT customer service is 866-629-1095 for card problems. We cannot book visits, access your file, replace cards or check a benefit balance.

Do not email us identity documents, income evidence, medical information, WIC card details or a PIN. Use the submission method your official clinic gives you.
